It's been raining for the past week now and Brutus is in hibernation, but I'm already fixing him up with the newly made "Meathook" front fender straight from the oven, and the radical one-off risers I designed and assembled. It took about two days from conception to completion and I've just done a road test tonight with the apes punched out about three inches forward, and man, the handling improved way much! I'm just itchin' to ride this thing out. Having to CAD the whole thing really helped translating it to reality, complete with real world stress point that would affect it while in use. Probably the last bling up and coming is the triple teeth sissy bar I'm designing. Also some blueprints for an internal throttle, that's coming up. Let's see, what else..? Oh finally, Jay is giving me tech sheets for something I've always wanted to do with the bike. A suicide shift blueprint for a steed.
Got a message from Gil that Edwin's chop is supposed to be tested tonight too, but with the light drizzle I doubt if they got to push through with it. Hope they get to deliver it here tomorrow at the den so I can apply the last pending paint job on the rear fender.
Some bits and pieces from the wire. Good bro Ed's springer is up for sale. And MacDadddy's already negotiating to score a Shadow. Welcome back to the happy hour Jay. Told you cars suck. :p
